LGBTQ+ Chat Child Safety Standards

Child Safety Standards

Effective date: April 18, 2026 · Applies to LGBTQ+ Chat mobile applications and related services

LGBTQ+ Chat is a social and dating platform for adults. We publish these standards to describe how we prevent, detect, report, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any conduct that puts minors at risk.

Zero tolerance: CSAE and content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited on LGBTQ+ Chat. Violations result in immediate enforcement action, including permanent account termination and cooperation with law enforcement and authorized child-safety organizations where required by law.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

The following are forbidden on LGBTQ+ Chat, including in profiles, photos, videos, posts, comments, chat messages, and private albums:

3. How users can report concerns

We provide in-product tools so users and guardians can alert us quickly:

  1. Report content or profiles — Use the report option on community posts, videos, profiles, or other user-generated content. Select the reason that best describes the issue (for example, inappropriate content involving a minor).
  2. Block users — Block accounts that behave inappropriately to stop further contact.
  3. Feedback and support — In the app, open Settings → Send feedback to describe a safety concern. Include usernames, links, or screenshots when possible.
  4. Admin review queue — Reports are routed to our moderation team for review. Priority is given to reports involving minors or CSAE.

5. Cooperation with authorities and hotlines

Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our service, we take action consistent with applicable law, which may include reporting to national or regional authorities, cybercrime units, or recognized child-protection organizations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or equivalent bodies in other countries). We comply with valid legal process from law enforcement.
